By developing meaningful partnerships with various organizations and providing our time, expertise and financial support, ATCO Pipelines and our employees are committed to giving back.
Key areas of focus for our Community Investment activities include:Safety: ATCO Pipelines supports education and prevention programs or initiatives that promote safety in the home or at work. Environment: We support environmental projects or initiatives that help nurture or contribute to the protection and preservation of the environment; this includes the conservation of land, air, water and natural habitats. Education: We encourage students to pursue and explore advanced education in engineering, environmental studies, aboriginal studies and business administration disciplines.Community Sustainability: Health and wellness, arts and culture, economic growth, and community infrastructure are all initiatives that ATCO Pipelines believes provide a significant and unique contribution to community living. Aboriginal Relations: ATCO Pipelines strives to build and maintain respectful and mutually-beneficial relationships with Aboriginal communities in those areas where we operate. We seek opportunities to invest in long term development initiatives in these communities.

ATCO Pipelines receives hundreds of requests for donations or sponsorship support throughout the year. To enable us to evaluate all opportunities, requests must be submitted in writing.
We aim to allocate community investment funds equitably across our service area and will take into account any relevant existing sponsorship activities. Consideration will also be given to provide in-kind assistance or volunteers if appropriate.
