Current Regulatory Proceedings

ATCO Pipelines is regulated by the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC). The AUC approves the rates that ATCO Pipelines charges its customers to cover the approved costs of providing service to its customers. This section is of special interest to intervenors and others interested in the details of current decisions and current rate applications that are before the AUC.
